Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the website bid2doors.com (the "Website") and the electronic services provided through it. The Website is operated by Litway Motion sp. z o.o. ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Poland under the brand Bid2Doors.
By creating an Account or otherwise using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Order and Claim Procedure.
1. Definitions
Capitalised terms used in these Terms have the following meaning:
- Operator — Litway Motion sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Wały Piastowskie 1/1508, 80-855 Gdańsk, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001147128, NIP 5833527018, REGON 540528898, share capital 10 000 PLN, registry court: Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ w Gdańsku, VII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego.
- Auction House — any third-party auction house operating in the United States (e.g. Copart, IAAI) that lists Vehicles available on the Website.
- Auction House Website — the website operated by an Auction House under its own terms and conditions.
- Vehicle — any motor vehicle listed by an Auction House and displayed on the Website.
- Website — the online platform available at
bid2doors.comand on its localised paths (e.g./pl,/ua), provided by the Operator under these Terms. - Account— the personal area created by a User on the Website, accessible after registration and authentication, holding the User's data and activity history.
- User — any person or entity that uses the Website, with or without an Account.
- Electronic Services — services provided by the Operator on the Website to the extent and in accordance with these Terms.
- Order — a service of indirect representation in which the Operator, in its own name but on behalf and for the account of the User, acts to acquire a designated Vehicle and to arrange its delivery. The Order is governed by separate Terms of Order.
- Service Fee — the flat fee of 500 USD charged by the Operator for the execution of an Order, unless otherwise stated in the Order summary or the price calculator.
2. General Provisions
- These Terms constitute terms and conditions within the meaning of Article 8(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended).
- Reading and accepting these Terms is a prerequisite for using the Website.
- The Website is addressed to persons interested in purchasing and importing vehicles from auctions in the United States. The Website is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
- The Operator may modify these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at
bid2doors.com/terms. Users will be notified about material changes in advance via e-mail or an on-site notice.
3. Account and Eligibility
- A User may be a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity, or a legal person, or an organisational unit which may acquire rights and incur liabilities in its own name.
- Registration is voluntary. Browsing the public part of the Website (catalogue, calculator, blog, informational pages) is available without an Account.
- To participate in bidding, place an Order or use account-only features, the User must register an Account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date data.
- The Account is personal. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for all activity performed via the Account.
- The User may close the Account at any time by sending a request to support@bid2doors.com. Closing the Account does not affect Orders already submitted and accepted.
- The Operator may suspend or terminate an Account in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or attempts to compromise the security of the Website.
4. Electronic Services Offered
The Operator provides on the Website the following Electronic Services:
- insight into individual Vehicle listings sourced from Auction House Websites;
- access to a purchase price calculator and a customs clearance estimator;
- the ability to fund and manage a deposit held by the Operator;
- the ability to submit an Order to the Operator and track its status;
- access to information about the current shipment status of Vehicles purchased through the Operator;
- access to general information about the import process via blog content, FAQ, and how-it-works pages.
Any activity beyond the above (in particular: bidding at auction, payment to the Auction House, shipping, customs clearance, and home delivery) is performed under a separate Terms of Order.
5. Vehicle Information Disclaimer
- Vehicle data (photos, description, mileage, damage, sale date) is provided by the Auction House and aggregated by the Operator without modification. The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or currentness of such data.
- The Operator is not responsible, in particular, for: (a) incorrect mileage readings or odometer alterations; (b) actual technical condition of the Vehicle; (c) differences between listed and actual appearance, colour or equipment; (d) homologation, registration or technical requirements applicable in the country of destination; (e) the ability to register, repair or use the Vehicle in the country of destination.
- Vehicles are sold under the "AS-IS" principle. The User is solely responsible for verifying the actual condition of the Vehicle prior to bidding.
6. Calculator Disclaimer
- The purchase price calculator and customs clearance calculator are provided for informational purposes only.
- They display projected values typical for the given configuration. Final amounts may change due to circumstances beyond the Operator's control (e.g. changes in Auction House tariffs, customs duties, exchange rates).
- The calculator output does not constitute a binding commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code.
7. Deposit
- Participation in bidding requires the User to pay a deposit to a bank account designated by the Operator. The deposit determines the User's purchasing power on the Website.
- Deposits may be paid in PLN, EUR or USD by bank transfer. Conversion rates used for calculating purchasing power are published on the Website and are for informational purposes only.
- The deposit must be paid from a bank account held by the User. Payments originating from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in Account suspension.
- Bank transfer crediting may take up to three business days. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment intermediaries.
- While the User participates in bidding for a specific Vehicle, the portion of the deposit corresponding to the bid is blocked and is released in the situations described in the Terms of Order.
- The User may at any time request a withdrawal of the unblocked portion of the deposit. The deposit will be returned in the original currency to the bank account from which it was paid.
- If the User does not initiate any bidding within 30 consecutive days, the Operator may return the full deposit without prior notice.
8. Bidding and Submission of an Order
- Preliminary bidding on the Website is a simulation based on data retrieved from Auction House Websites. Winning the preliminary bidding on the Website does not guarantee winning the actual auction at the Auction House.
- By clicking "Place Bid", "Buy Now", "Order the bidding" or a functionally equivalent button and confirming the operation, the User submits a binding Order offer governed by the Terms of Order.
- The Operator informs the User about the acceptance of an Order by e-mail and via the User's Account.
9. Conclusion and Termination of the Agreement
- The agreement on the provision of Electronic Services is concluded the moment the User starts using the Website.
- The agreement is terminated automatically when the User stops using the Website. For registered Users, the agreement remains in force until the Account is closed.
10. User Conduct
- The User undertakes to provide only true, accurate and non-misleading data, and not to violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights or personal rights of third parties.
- The User shall not attempt to access other Users' Accounts, circumvent security measures, automate bidding without prior written consent, scrape or republish data displayed on the Website.
11. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Website or Electronic Services may be filed by e-mail to support@bid2doors.com or by post to ul. Wały Piastowskie 1/1508, 80-855 Gdańsk, Poland, within 30 days from the day on which the User became aware of the event giving rise to the complaint.
- A complaint should include the User's first and last name (or company name), contact details, a detailed description of the issue and any supporting documentation (e.g. payment confirmation).
- The Operator will respond to the complaint within 14 working days. If the case requires consultation with a third party (e.g. a bank or Auction House), this period may be reasonably extended; the User will be informed about such extension.
- A User who is a consumer may also use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including turning to the relevant Consumer Ombudsman or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
12. Disclaimer of Liability
- The Operator is not liable for outages, distortions or limitations of the Website caused by the User's individual connection settings, device, browser, ad-blockers or security software.
- The Operator is not liable for actions or omissions of public authorities, banks, payment institutions, Auction Houses, Auction House Websites, freight forwarders and other third parties whose actions may affect the Service.
- The Operator may temporarily restrict access to the Website for maintenance, security or compliance reasons.
- The Operator is not liable for damages arising from general internet risks (data interception, malware, etc.) or from the User's use of the Website in breach of the applicable law or these Terms.
- The User is fully responsible for all declarations of intent made through the Account, including the submission of Orders.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator towards a User in connection with the Electronic Services shall not exceed the amount of the Service Fee paid by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. This cap does not limit liability for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of law.
13. Intellectual Property
- The Website, including its source code, design, brand assets, text and multimedia content, is protected by copyright, database rights and other applicable intellectual property laws, and is the property of the Operator or its licensors.
- Using the Website does not grant the User any licence or right to the above, except for the limited right to use the Website for its intended purpose.
14. Technical Requirements
- To use the Website, the User needs a device with internet access and a modern web browser (current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge are recommended).
- Some features may require enabled cookies and JavaScript. Disabling them may limit the functionality of the Website.
- An active e-mail account is required for account-based features and Order communications.
15. Final Provisions
- These Terms come into force on 2026-05-16.
- These Terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not regulated herein are subject to the applicable provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
- For disputes with Users who are not consumers, the competent court is the court of local and material jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office in Poland.
- For disputes with consumers, the competent court is determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms.
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
